First Assembly GC is about fresh starts…
We ‘re glad that you have stopped by to see what we’re all about. We hope you see our passion for Jesus. He is the only reason that we do what we do — preaching, worship, outreach, children and student ministries. We are seeing God’s Power at work in the lives of many. The testimony of fresh starts has become a expression shared by many new followers of Christ. We have seen God’s power change the hardest heart, the meth addict, the “good guy”, the child who heard for the first time “God has a plan for your life”, to the one who has been religious.
We believe in Life Change, Empowerment, Intervention and Anticipation. Let us explain…
- We believe Life Change is possible through Christ, the cross makes the difference.
- We believe all believers can be Empowered by the Holy Spirit. Our lives should be Spirit filled and Spirit led.
- We believe Intervention of disease and sickness is accessed through the work of Jesus Christ.
- We Anticipate the Lord’s return.
We LOVE southwest Kansas and pray that it becomes the easiest place in Kansas to have a relationship with Jesus Christ.
